Return

Emilie Heymans Design wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a full refund for the merchandise amount not including the ($10.0) shipping charges. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, with price tags attached and hygienic protection intact. Refunds for items returned within 21 days of the delivery date will be credited in full (excluding 10.00$ shipping charges) in the same form as the original payment type. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Sale items and special orders are considered as final sales and may not be returned and no refund or exchange will be provided
Returning items to Emilie Heymans Design takes only a few simple steps.

    1.Please include the original invoice in your package, this is to ensure that we credit your account properly.
    2. Please rewrap the item in its original packaging. The original packaging has a second adhesive strip that will seal your return securely
    3. For your convenience, we have included a return label with your package, simply affix this label to the packaging, make sure to cover any other tracking/shipping label
    4.The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
    5. Ship the package back using Canada Post Xpresspost services (liability coverage of $100.00 & tracking are included). We suggest that you retain a record of the return tracking number for future reference.
    6. No refund will be given for shipping or return cost, unless damaged, defective or Emilie Heymans Design error.
    7. Merchandise returned must adhere to the return policy
    8.Please allow a minimum of 14 days for your return to be processed. Once we receive your return, we’ll refund your account. Please contact us if your credit does not appear on your next PayPal statement.

    Exchanges.

    If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend that you place a new order for the replacement to ensure its availability and mail back the original.
    Please complete the exchange section of your invoice and simply follow the above listed procedure for returns)
    Please email us at ventes@emilieheymans.com to arrange for free shipping for your new order. A full refund (excluding the 10.00$ shipping charges) will be issued once we receive the original item back.
